Alex’s standard endures the family’s first sign of hopelessness when he is evidently ambushed while on a keep running in the forested areas, enduring a memory-losing head damage that develops into a threatening, months-long disintegration rather than the normal recuperation. In the long run the whole family winds up hospitalized with unexplainable diseases. The cut structure constrains you to accumulate more data about the characters and surroundings (inside of the restricted storyline) as the camera grabs bits of their every day lives. This multi-hyphenate and multi-social (she’s a Muslim from Tehran, he’s a Jew from the previous Soviet Union) family shot the venture in their Toronto condo.
